Eco Designer Feature: Kelly Lane

A few yrs ago graphic designer Kelly Lane traded in her Mac for a Singer and started her own unique clothing line Kelly Lane Design. Her graphic design background shows through in the fabulous textile prints, lines and colours she uses to create each piece. Her prints are bold and vibrant and as a textile designer myself I can't help but admire them. Her line is also eco-friendly and ethically made by a family run business in the NYC garment district. I'm not sure if her line is 100% vegan but she does make quite a few of her garments out of Tencel, Lycra and Organic Cotton. Eco shop Mission Savvy is one of 4 online shops that carry the Kelly Lane Design's line and they list each items fabric content. The two dresses below are from her S/S10 line and are currently on Sale @ Mission Savvy.
