8 years ago today, musical genius and all around amazing human being Joe Strummer passed away. Joe's love for all kinds of music showed in he's own tunes which were a combo of punk, reggae, blues & good old rock'n'roll. Joe was not just a musical icon he was also a fashion icon because like most musicians he had a unique look of his own, a look that has inspire the vegan Polyvore set below. You are missed Joe and you will always be remembered through your amazing music and your strong belief that this crazy world we live in can be a better place. You've inspired many generations of people, myself included to stand up for what's right. The song below is one of my favs from Joe Strummer & The Mescaleros. Enjoy...
"Music can't change the world, but it can change your perspective of the world. That's what Joe [Strummer] did for me, that's what The Clash did for me" - Billy Bragg
