52 years ago today the world tragically lost Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens and J. P. "The Big Bopper" Richardson (as well as pilot Roger Peterson) in a plane crash. Luckily we can always remember these three exceptionally talented individuals through their music. Music that inspired many of the musicians and bands that would help shape the future of Rock'n'Roll.
"You know the levy ain't dry and the music didn't die, Buddy Holly lives every time we play rock'n'roll." - From Buddy's childhood friend & bandmate Sonny Curtis's song "The Real Buddy Holly Story"
Like generations of musicians this Polyvore set was inspired by Buddy Holly.

I love the intersection between music and fashion. I always feel like the music I'm listening to affects how I dress that day.
