Vegan Fashion Show: NY Capital Region

Today is also the day for NY Capital Region Vegetarian Expo's first EVER fashion show! Hand picked models are currently strutting down the runway in a some of the hottest vegan fashion brands as I type this. How oh so very exciting! I wish I could be there. Cheers to everyone participating!

Vegan Fashion Show: San Fransisco

Today's the day! San Fransisco's first EVER vegan fashion show will take place today @ The San Fransisco's World Veg Festival at 4:45pm!  Lion's Share Industries is one of the many steller vegan brands participating in the show. Real Vegan Style: Kristin Lajeunesse

I first met Kristin Lajeunesse when she wrote a fabulous review for my blog on The Vegan Reviewer. Since then we've chatted online on and off through many forms of social media. Over the past year I've learned she's lives in Boston MA, loves all things vegan (including fashion!), loves to post pictures of delish vegan food on her Facebook (mmmm) and is in general one amazing lady. Actually, she's kind of a wonder woman! Not only does she work full-time as a Communications Associate at the World Society for the Protection of Animals (wow that was a lot to type) but she also works part-time for both Vegan Mainstream and the Albany Vegetarian Network. Kristin volunteers her time at the Albany Vegetarian Network as a Marketing Coordinator for their upcoming Vegan Fashion show. With all the hard work that she's put into the show, I can guarantee it's a not to be missed event for anyone who lives in or near the state of New York. I so wish I could go! Help Wanted: San Fran Vegan Fashion Show

The San Francisco Vegetarian Society & Karine Brighten Events are looking for models for their Vegan Fashion Show. The fashion show will take place during the 11th World Vegetarian Festival on October 2nd, 2010. Male models are especially needed but they are still looking for females too. Men & Women of all ages, sizes & heights are needed. Their model hunt begins in 2 to 3 weeks so don't miss out on your chance to strut your stuff in some of today's hottest vegan collections and apply today!

Help Wanted: Vegan Fashion Show

Calling all creatives! The San Francisco Vegetarian Society needs your skills for their first EVER vegan fashion show. If you're a vegan designer, model, make-up artist, stylist or photographer and you're interested in participating in this event then please contacted Karine here. Karine is the owner of  Karine Brighten Events an eco-friendly event planning company that will be bringing this event together.

Here's a little information about the show. It will take place on Oct 2nd 2010 during The San Francisco Vegetarian Society’s 11th World Vegetarian Festival in Golden Gate Park. The show is included in the $7 admission to the festival and it will be hosted by Rory Freedman one of the Authors of Skinny Bitch. I'll be posting more info about the show as it all comes together so stay tune!
